1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Aizuchi website at aizuchi.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Aizuchi provides web design, web development, branding, mobile app development, AI solutions, and related digital services. Specific terms for individual projects will be outlined in separate service agreements or proposals agreed upon by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Aizuchi and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment for a completed project, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as outlined in their project agreement. Aizuchi retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information needed to complete the project
  • Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner
  • Ensure they have the right to use any content, images, or materials they provide to us
  • Make payments on time as outlined in their project agreement

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each individual project agreement. Aizuchi reserves the right to pause or discontinue work on a project if payment obligations are not met. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the project agreement.

6. Revisions & Scope

The number of revisions and project scope are defined in individual project agreements. Work requested beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aizuchi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
